Terms of Service

1. Eligibility — adults only

The Service contains sexually explicit material and is for adults only. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), it is legal for you to view adult content where you are, and you are not prohibited from doing so by law. You are responsible for keeping minors away from your account and your devices. We use age confirmation and access controls, but no method is perfect — parents can block access with filtering software; the site labels itself with an RTA tag for that purpose.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information, keep your password secret, and tell us about unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One person, one account; do not sell or share accounts. We may require age or identity verification for uploads and for access to certain features.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

The following is strictly forbidden. We remove it, terminate the account, and report it to the authorities where the law requires or permits:

• Anyone under 18 in any sexual or suggestive context — real, drawn, animated or AI-generated — and content that presents someone as a minor (“age-play”, “teen” styling with youthful-looking minors, school settings and similar).
• Non-consensual content: rape or sexual assault, filming or sharing without the knowledge and consent of every person shown, hidden-camera or voyeur material, “revenge” or leaked content, and coerced, intoxicated or incapacitated persons.
• Sexual deepfakes or other synthetic content that uses a real person’s face, body or voice without their documented consent.
• Sexual trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or content recorded during an offense.
• Bestiality, necrophilia, real violence, serious injury, and content that promotes self-harm or terrorism.
• Content that incites hatred or violence against people because of protected characteristics, or that reveals private information (doxxing).
• Copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property infringement — see the DMCA page.
• Spam, scams, malware, scraping, attempts to break or overload the Service, or to bypass age checks and access controls.
• Advertising for escorts, prostitution or other services that are unlawful where they are offered.

4. What you promise when you upload

Before publishing, you confirm — and we store the confirmation with the upload — that:

• every person shown was at least 18 — or the higher legal age of majority in their country — when the material was created, and you have looked at a valid government-issued photo ID for each of them;
• every person shown gave informed, written consent to the recording, to its distribution, and to its publication on this Service, and can withdraw it as far as the law allows;
• you created the content or hold all rights and licenses needed to publish it here;
• you keep the age and identity records and consent forms required by law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 where they apply to you) and will produce them to us or to the authorities on request; and
• the content, title, description, tags and thumbnail do not violate section 3.

If you cannot confirm all of this, do not upload. False confirmations lead to immediate removal, account termination and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities. You alone are responsible for the content you post.

5. License you give us

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, resize, display and distribute it through the Service, and to make backup copies, for as long as it is on the Service and for a reasonable period afterwards while backups expire. You can delete your content at any time; deleted content may remain in backups for a limited time.

6. Moderation, reports and removal

• Anyone can report content with the “Report” button on every video or via the contact page. Copyright complaints go through the DMCA process.
• We review reports and remove content that breaks these Terms or the law. Reports about minors and non-consensual content are handled first, and the content may be taken down before the review is finished.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, where we consider it necessary to protect people, the Service or the law. Where the law requires it we tell you why and how to appeal.
• We keep records of moderation decisions and cooperate with law enforcement, including reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent authorities.
• Repeat infringers and repeat violators lose their accounts.

7. Groups and private content

You may share videos only with chosen groups or by unlisted link. Group owners are responsible for who they invite; members must not copy or redistribute group content. Restricted content is still subject to these Terms and to review by administrators when it is reported.

8. Advertising and third parties

The Service may show advertising from third-party networks (currently ExoClick) and link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Advertising based on cookies is only shown after you consent.

9. Disclaimer and liability

• User content is not ours. We are a hosting and intermediary service (see 47 U.S.C. § 230, 17 U.S.C. § 512 and Articles 6 and 8 of the EU Digital Services Act). We do not initiate, select, or modify the content users upload, and we have no general obligation to monitor it. Opinions and content expressed by users are theirs alone.
• No responsibility for legality, accuracy, quality, safety or the rights status of user content, and none for any claim by a person depicted or by a rights holder against an uploader.
• We do not verify the identity or age of persons shown in user content. Uploaders give the confirmations required by section 4; we rely on them and on reports from the public.
• You use the Service, view content and follow links at your own risk. We are not responsible for content on third-party sites, for advertising and for products or services advertised.
• We do not guarantee that the Service is available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, and are not responsible for the loss or corruption of content or data.

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. User content is the responsibility of the users who post it; we do not endorse it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or for content posted by users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you post or from your violation of these Terms or of the law.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end access when you break these Terms or the law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (rights, indemnity, disclaimers) survive.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the operator (see the legal notice), without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence stays unaffected. We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above shows the current version and continued use after a change means you accept it.
