18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

1. Platform statement

NovaAdult is a platform on which registered users upload and share content. We are not the producer of the content uploaded by users. Each uploader is the producer (or has obtained the depiction from the producer) and is responsible for creating and keeping the age-verification and identity records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for every performer shown, for the content they upload.

2. What every uploader must confirm

• Every performer was at least 18 (or the higher legal age in their country) when the material was created and the uploader has inspected a valid government-issued picture ID for each of them.
• Every performer consented in writing to the recording and to distribution and publication on this platform.
• The uploader holds and maintains the records (copies of the IDs, consent forms and the depiction’s date of production) and will provide them on request.

We require this confirmation before every upload and store it with the video. We remove content immediately when there are doubts about a performer’s age or consent and cooperate with lawful requests.

3. Custodian of records

For content produced by the operator itself (if any), the records are kept by the custodian below. For content produced by users, the records are kept by the uploader, who is the producer within the meaning of the statute; on lawful request we can identify the uploader of any video.

4. Reports

If you believe any depicted person is under 18 or did not consent, use the “Report” button on the video or write to legal@novaadult.com with the subject “URGENT”. We take such content down immediately while we investigate.
