NovaAdult respects intellectual-property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws.
1. Reporting infringement
Send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@novaadult.com containing:
- your physical or electronic signature (the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them);
- a description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
- the exact URL(s) of the material on this site (for example https://novaadult.com/watch/…) and enough information for us to find it;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the right or authorized to act for the owner.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
2. What we do
When we receive a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the uploader. Your notice and your contact details may be forwarded to the uploader.
3. Counter-notice

- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, of any judicial district in which the operator can be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.
We forward the counter-notice to the complainant. If the complainant does not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days.
