Contact and Content Removal
LAST UPDATED SEPTEMBER 20, 2026
How to reach us, how to report content, and how to have content that shows you removed.
1. Report content
Every video has a Report button. You do not need an account. Choose the reason and add details. We review every report; reports about minors and non-consensual content come first.
If you cannot use the button, email legal@novaadult.com with the link (URL) of the video, what is wrong and, if you want a reply, how to reach you.
2. Content that shows you
If you appear in a video without your consent, or were under 18 when it was recorded, tell us immediately at legal@novaadult.com with the subject “URGENT — removal”. Include the URL(s). You do not have to give a reason beyond that you did not consent or are not willing for the content to remain. We take the content down quickly while we verify the report and will not require you to prove you appear in it beyond what is needed to prevent abuse of the process.
- Non-consensual intimate images: you can also use StopNCII.org to create a hash so participating platforms can block re-uploads.
- Suspected child sexual abuse material: report to the NCMEC CyberTipline or your national hotline (INHOPE) as well as to us.
3. Copyright
See the DMCA and Copyright Policy.
4. Privacy requests
Requests to access, delete or correct your data: see the Privacy Policy or write to legal@novaadult.com with the subject “privacy request”.
5. Authorities and law enforcement
Law-enforcement and regulatory requests, and notices under the EU Digital Services Act, go to legal@novaadult.com. We respond to valid legal process and preserve data on lawful request.
